Sunday, August 31, 2008 CrossFit Sugarland put on a wonderful affiliate get together out at Surfside Beach. There was good food, cold drinks and a painful workout. CrossFit Houston also came down to play and helped make the event even more memorable, thanks for the Burpee Modification at the last minute, that workout would have been way too easy without them...
