'Chad's Last Dance/ Demise'
 This workout was originally created for Chad as a final workout before he got hitched.  Now almost 2 months later to the day, we again challenge Chad to duplicate his pre-nuptial performance.  Using Chad as our only test subject, one can only conclude that marriage is bad for you if you do CrossFit.  ;-)
